The overnight or next day delivery network is ideal for less urgent, non-fragile consignments which typically don’t have a high value.
You can choose from various timed delivery options typically between 0900, 10:30 and pre-noon – and in some cases even within a specified hour – and reach most places within the UK by the next working day.
We can also organise third party collections and deliveries anywhere in the UK too, so if you need a collection and delivery made, for example, up north and delivering just twenty miles away, we can make it happen.
Things to be aware of are that unlike same day delivery, which typically uses a dedicated vehicle and driver, the overnight system involves sorting hubs and various vehicles – so your package will be handled several times, which can increase the risk of damage – or worst case, loss.
To be safe, we would always suggest that for bulky, fragile, expensive or time sensitive deliveries you make ‘same day’ delivery your first choice.
